Description:
The Automatic Ball Fiber Pillow Machine Lion can be handled by only 2 operators for about 150kg per hour capacity. It is assembled with Automatic feeding system, Ball fiber equipment and Pillow blowers etc. Put one bale fiber that about 250kg to the automatic feeding system, it can be sent to the ball fiber machine through a fiber shaking hopper automatically. After the ball fiber finished which will be delivered into the ball fiber hopper automatically too.
There are 2 pillow blowers installed to the ball fiber hopper that adjusted by foot switch with very simple operation. Finally the finished ball fiber will be sucked and blow into the pillow cases by the operator push the foot switches. 
The ball fiber size can be adjusted by the time relay adjusted. 
There are 3 time replies inside of the electricity control box. 
1st is for the fiber feeding time.
2ed is for the ball fiber producing time.
The last one is for the finished fiber delivery time.
In this case the ball fiber size can be adjusted by your customer’s requirement.
Bigger size should be with shorter time and small size with longer time.
Suitable material for this line is 3 dimensional hollow conjugated siliconized polyester fiber that shorter than 100mm.
